about me…

I am an experienced relationship counsellor, working partly via Relate and partly through my own private practice. I am based in the Somerset area and my counselling is focused on supporting people through relationship issues, working with either couples or individuals.

I am BACP registered, which means when working with clients I am accountable to the main UK professional association for Counselling Services, BACP.

From a young age I felt I was shown the benefits of sharing how you feel with another.  I believe in the power of voicing how issues are making us feel.  

I previously worked in business but never felt it was a perfect fit.  After moving to Jersey in the Channel Islands I followed a desire to work more with people than numbers. 

When I began developing my counselling skills I was quickly drawn to relationship counselling and developed this with Relate when I moved back to mainland UK

I spend my spare time with my family or recharging my batteries by connecting with the outdoors…
